Outlook should allow changes to a predefined style

Every time I create a new message in Outlook 2003 it contains blue text. This
is the normal style. Outlook allows me to change the color in a message, but
I like to change the color in the Normal style.

Of course Outlook allows this.

Tools-->Options-->Mail Format-->Fonts button.

You can set up font and colours for the different messages (new, reply).
Does this do it?

Thanks William,

After 25 years having used a PC in the english language at work (not
Outlook), I now have a PC at home in dutch.
I searched all the options (I thought) but sometimes it is not easy to find
the right path (and terms) to the location that I need.

I agree. I do not like their predefined colors. I have gone to the
Tools/Options/Stationery/Fonts and chosen my color but it is not really the
one I'd choose.
