Our company uses public folders to store critical data (several thousand
folders). Using Outlook 2000, many users have created shortcuts to these
folders using the Outlook Shortcut bar. Upgrading to Outlook 2003 this has
been replaced with favorites if I understand correctly, however it did not
import these shortcuts. Is there something I missed, or a third party
application to import this information? I have over hundred users that could
have anywhere's from 20 shortcuts to several hundred shortcuts under their
Outlook 2000. I like the total improvement of 2003, but I do not think it
would be worth the time to upgrade if there is no way to get this data back
in without manually doing it for each user.
Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks,
