Outlook settings - where are they saved?

Hi!

I am going to uprade to a larger harddisk, 500 G. For the possible to
transfer outlook 2007 i need to know where outlook´s settings,
e-mailacounts, passwords an so on is saved.

Any help?

In the registry.
Why not just re-create the account? It's easy enough...

Are you planning to perform a backup? There are more files on your old hard
disk than just those for Outlook that you might want later.

Make sure you save a copy of the .pst file since that is your message store.
Unless you have dozens, or more, e-mail accounts, the amount of work to save
them is about the same amount of effort to redefine them in a new instance
of Outlook.

Please stop spamming newsgroups. Configure your anti-virus program to NOT
append its spam signature. It is a worthless signature. Anyone can add
that text. It proves nothing. It's only purpose is to spam the product.
