I stopped checking my e-mail for two weeks,. After I came back it was full. I
started emptying my messages. When I had almost 50 left. It stopped
sending/receiving. I keep gettign the message below: PLEASE HELP. I know my
incoming and outgoing servers very well. I tried reinstalling Outlook. Yhat
did not help.

Task 'Your Mail Server - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server.
If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'

Tried a restart of Outlook already? Most likely the automatic send/receive
interval caused the send/receive tasks to pile up while receiving mails. If
you have a virusscanner that integrates with Outlook it could also be that
it had a hard time catching up with scanning the messages.
