Outlook sending

I want to delete a message that is sending but won't send because data size
exceeds the maximum permitted. I've gone to my outbox and tried to delete the
message but nothing happens. I right click on the sending message 1 of 1in
the bottom right corner and hit cancel send/delete, nothing happens. In the
outlook send/receive progress box, I hit cancel all, nothing happens. I
originally created the message a few days ago and everytime I restart the
computer it tries to send the message again. I can't seem to cancel the send.

Help

Click File and check Work Offline. Close and then restart Outlook. Delete
the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
