Outlook Send & File Option

Can anyone tell me if there's an option you can set that
will prompt you when you click send on an e-mail, in
order to click yes to save a copy in a folder or no to
send it to the sent file? If you clicked yes, it would
then ask you what folder to save it to. Lotus Notes had
the capability, which was great.

No, but you can click "Options" in a new message to specify the location of
the copy.
