Outlook 'Select Names' window font choices ???

My wife want larger fonts for the Select Names window that comes up when
selecting addressees to a New [Untitled Message] E-Mail. Damned if I can find
a way to make the list of people larger.

Anybody know how.... or IF it is even possible ???
