I just installed xp SP-2 and can no longer open .exe
attachments. I tried to change every security thing I can
find, but nothing helps.

Hello,

Normally if you have the latest service pack in office, outllok itself will
block .exe attachments. If you have Office 2000 and sp3 installed this is by
default and cannot be changed, the workaround is to ask who sents .exe
attachments to sent instead .zip files with the .exe inside, if not for any
other reason for security reason because it's very easy for a virus to
attach to a .exe file but more difficult to .zip file...
