Outlook Security Settings

My company's Puchasing program sends an e-mail to each approver to go into
the system to approve the purchase request.

Outlook prompts the user to approve or deny sending the message to the next
approver.

I found out that Outlook Security Settings can automatically approve or deny
this message so that it will not display each time an approver accepts or
rejects the purchase request.

This is a security risk for other programs (viruses) that may send e-mail
from the individual computer.

Is there a way to specify a particular program(s) to automatically
approve/deny this message?
