outlook rules

How do I create a rule that a) moves a message to a folder b) deletes that
message from the server?

Using outlook 2003, or outlook express? I use a pop mailserver and leave my
messages on the for days (as I collect on multiple pc's)

I don't think a rule can satisfy your second requirement. Whether or not a
message is left on the server is controlled only at the account level,
outside the scope of any rule.

Yup. It's possible. Had to edit the registry......

Made two rules in oe. First rule moved the message, second rule deletes it
from the server.

open regedit and merged the two rules in to one...

What do you do after that? Does the rule import into Outlook?

Yeah its listed in outlook with all the right options ticked...works fine
too.

Although if I edit it again in outlook, it deletes the second part of the
rule... so I have to go and do it all again
