Outlook rules

Hello

Im trying to setup 2 rules 1 for recieving and one for sending.

im using outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003

both have to move emails to specified folders.

the problems im having is i can't get the rule to run correctly if the
recipents name has been resolved from the GAL, if the name hasn't been
resolved the rule works fine.

what i have setup is a rule looking for specific words in the recipents
address, ie the domain name. is there a way to get it to look in the name
after it has been resolved from the GAL as they have the same word in it as
the search string

thanks

Tom

Please post the specifics of the rule and the addresses if you want to find
an answer - what you have posted does not give enough details.
