Outlook Reminders

The Boss's Reminders in outlook no longer appear. On
Friday everything worked fine and On Monday several of his
reminders came up when he started Outlook but after
hitting snooze for 5 minutes he noticed they weren't
coming back. Now none of his reminders are appearing.
Have tried /cleanreminders and he is running SP 3. Even
newly created reminders don't come up. Running Internet
only mail on Office 2000 on windows 2000 professional.

Thanks in advance

See if starting his Outlook with the /resetfolders switch helps.

I finally resolved the issue. Turns out that Office SP3
causes issues with reminders and CPU usage. We found that
Outlook ras using 98-100% of the CPU resources and an
extensive search revealed an Knowledge Base article
#811167 tha covers this exact problem. Two of my other
users also began complaining about their reminders
acting "wierd" and this article explained how to resolve
the issue. So anyone running Office 2000 with SP3 if you
Outlook begins to run weird check out that article.
