I believe it would be a valuable tool for Microsoft to implement a feature in
Outlook and other email clients to keep people from saying they're attaching
something without actually attaching something. So many times have I
recieved emails saying to see the attached file, only to see that they forgot
to attach the file. Then sometime later I get another email saying sorry
here's the attachment. It would save so much hassle and annoyance if there
was some built in prevention to this very common mistake.
