I frequently have the case, that Outlook crashes when I start it the
first time. When I then doubleclick it again, it always starts up fine.
This happens in maybe 50% of the cases, when I start Outlook. But
strange enough it always comes up fine the second time, I never need
more attempts.
Seems to me like some race condition, i.e. that something is often not
(yet) ready when Outlook tries to access it.
I have a coule of plugins and played with disabling/enabling one or
more, but that didn't seem to make any difference.
Any idea, what else could cause Outlook to crash in such a regular (but
luckily not fatally...) way?
