Outlook Redemption using filters and signing emails

How do you set a filter using Outlook Redemption. I can do it with CDO, just
getting the unread emails. Not sure how to do it in redemption.

Also, is it possible to send a signed/encrypted email using redemption.
If so, can you let me know how as that is new territory for me.

example that uses MAPITable to print out the subject of all unread mesages
in a folder.
Redemption does not expose anything related to signed/encrypted messages:
that functionality is not at all exposed by Extended MAPI or Outlook Object
Model.
