outlook receive email in plain-text.how to turn it off

hi
i have outlook xp on the laptop. it somehow receive any email with hyperlink in it as plain-text. how do i undo it?

i've check the registry for the ReadAsPlain key. but string don't exists.

in the Mail Format it is set to HTML and use word as my mail editor.

anyone got any idea of how to fix this problem. thx
