Outlook quit sending messages

I am using Outlook 2000 without problems since installing until this morning.
I am still receiving messages fine. When I create a new message and click
on send nothing happens, no error messages no outgoing mail. I have closed
and restarted outlook and rebooted the computer with no luck. I shut down
all virus protection and firewalls no help either. Anyone have any idea
where I should start looking?

Roger, does your ISP require authentication for outgoing
messages? Mine just started doing that without notifying
users in advance, and I had to change my SMTP server
settings. I'd suggest checking with your ISP to see if
something similar has happened there.
