Outlook pst file

There is an outlook pst file and an outlook1 pst file on my HD but whenever I
try to import it I get an error message saying that these files are not pst
files or personal folder file.

Somehow the outlook.pst file got corrupted. I tried all the detect and
repair and even reinstall MSOFFICE but to no avail all the 1200 or more email
messages are not readable.

Please help me.

Did you try using the Inbox Repair Tool (SCANPST.EXE)?
