outlook.pst could not be accessed

Dear Sir
when I trying to send mail or to delete i geting the messege from the out look
" outlook.pst could not be accessed"
i already try to repair the file but still have the same problem
the free space in the disck is more then 25GB
so he have space
my mail address is (e-mail address removed)
