Outlook 2002
Full phone numbers and general information cannot be seen in the Outlook
window unless you double click on the Contact.

In the Palm software, as soon as a Contact is highlited, there is a column
at the right that shows all the information.

Outlook 2002 is no longer in mainstream support and will not be updated with
any new features. The latest version of Outlook under development is
Outlook 2007 so Outlook 2003 will probably not get this "enhancement"
either.
