Outlook prompts for password

If Outlook has been idle for several hours, it's asking
for some password. If clicking cancel it continues
normally. How can I get rid of this prompt?

Please check my response to post, "Enter Network Password box prompts
every 5 minutes" Unfortunately its not a resolution, but I'm trying
to narrow down the problem to help us all get a resolution.
