Outlook process hangs after closing Outlook

Hello all,

I am running Outlook 2003. Everytime i close out of
outlook in anyway, correctly or not, the Outlook.exe
process hangs in task manager and i cannot reopen Outlook
without first going in task manager and killing that
rogue process. I have searched high and low for a
solution to this and cannot find one. My software is
fully patched. It only seems to happen with my Exchange
profile i have set up and not my pop 3 account
profile....maybe something to do with Exchange? I am on
my coporate network with good connection speeds and
nobody else is having this problem!! Thanks in advance.
