I have 3 POP 3 accounts coming into my Outlook (Outlook 2007 w/ XP Pro OS).
I get them all set up and everything works fine for a while..... Then the
settings change on their own. My Incoming mail server changes to"localhost"
and my login changes. for example it should be just

login
instead it changes to be
login/mail.login

Any ideas on how or if this is fixable. it gets really annoying having to
change them all the time

This setting has been made by your antivirus-software. If everything
works without problems, everything is fine. If not disable the feature
scanning incoming and outgoing emails.

What is AV mail scanning software

Most of anti-virus-programs -- McAfee, Norton, AVG, Norman etc. --
these days have the ability to scan your emails for malware.
and how would I check it?

In the options of your anti-virus-program

Christian,
Do you have a site in English? or do you know of any good English sites
for Outlook 2003?
