Outlook Pop Up Reminders are late in popping up

For some reason, reminders do not show up between 12:00
and 4:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, the reminders will all pop
up...after the scheduled event. Time zone is set properly.
Any suggestions?

Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If you need help

Hi. I´ve read about this problem somewhere and got a solution which I just tried. It worked just fine!!! (I use an Iphone, have Win 10 and Outlook 2016. It´s about Icloud, whether you use it or not.) The solution is: Log in to Icloud (type Icloud in the browser and make an account if necessary) and go to settings, time zone, to the left, see that you´re on the right "place". (Cupertino is default and you must adjust that, put the mouse on your own zone. Patience, you´ll find it) Finish/clear and log out. Try and set a new appointment and a reminder. There you are.
