Outlook/PDA time discrepancy

I use Outlook and ActiveSync with my Dell Axim. The appointments I schedule on my laptop in Outlook show up 1 hour later on my PDA but the appointments I schedule on my PDA show up accurately on my laptop. The times are the same on by devices. Anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Check your time zone setting on the computer. Go to Tools, Options, Calendar
Options, Time Zones. Make sure the box for "automatically adjust for
daylight savings time" is checked.
