Hi, Please can anyone help me??

On my Laptop I have been using Office XP with Outlook XP
and my company mailbox is in an OST format in my local
settings folder within my user profile on this machine.
A serious problem has occured when my upgraded their server
to Windows Small Business 2003 with Microsoft Exchange
2003. When my machine joined the network, the server
installed Outlook 2003 on to my laptop and now my mail
folders cannot be opened!
PLEASE can you help me ad my business is totally dependant
upon the file attachments that are attached to those emails
within my mail folder, but Outlook 2003 CANNOT OPEN THEM!!
PLEASE HELP!
Many Thanks,

What do you have in your mailbox on the new server?
Are you seeing messages in there, but can't open them?

Did you not sync your OST file to the mailbox before they did the migration?
This should have been part of the IT staff's instructions to all users
before the migration. Your mailbox on the new server should indeed be able
to be opened - did they not get all your data moved over from the old one?
If so, bad bad IT folks ....did they do an upgrade, or move everything to a
new server/domain/Exchange org?

If you have data in your OST file that has now been rendered un-openable,
see www.exchangerecovery.com .
