Small office environment with two PC's. Currently Outlook on one with e mail
coming in from several service providers. Want to be able to look
at/send/download from either PC but want one source - do not want to
duplicate e mail on both PCs is this possible? Can I use the outlook on the
first PC by accessing over my network? Could I then have it open on both PC's
at once? Thanks in antisipation of your help.

Dear
Accessing the pst file from a network share or point - is not at all
recommended and is not a good idea too, how ever you can obtain the goal what
you are looking for but you can't work both the PCs simultaneously.

OK so could I access from either PC but not both at once and if so, how do I
set that up? Thanks

Hi simongeorge,

Without Exchange it is not possible to "share" a PST file without 3rd party
product. You could use for email sharing an IMAP account:

or you could store the emails also on your provider.

3rd party utilities to share Outlook:

ZDNet UK recommend this tool:

Messaging solution on Microsoft Office Marketplace:

A list of a list of third-party sharing tools is also on this site:
