I have a desktop and laptop that I use - is it possible to put information in
(such as contacts) one computer and transfer or copy to the other?

Donna:

Yes you can. Your contact, mail, Todo are all in one file with an extension
PST.

There is more than one way to do it. It depends on whether you use the
secondary computer also to manage your email accounts.

1. If you don't (meaning, you use only the Primary computer to manage your
email)

From time to time, you can copy this file from your primary computer to a
USB driver. Take it to your secondary computer and copy it to a folder. The
first time, you have to attach this as a data file. Sebsequently, everytime
you refresh the file with the one in your primary computer, you have an exact
copy in your Secondary computer

2. If you use computers to manage your email (you actually download the
messages from your email server), then it's impossible since there is no way
of synching up the two files.
