I have office 2007 on bith my laptop and desktop. How can I sync the info so
that it is current on both machines? I have more info on my laptop but would
like to update my desktop with everything. Can someone help. THANK YOU.

For which type of mail account?
Which data/which folders is most important to get synched?

pop3 mail, HTTP -- any and all accounts that I can sync, mostly contacts
business and casual.

HTTP is server side storage so you don't have to do anything special there.
I would recommend using the Outlook Connector instead of using HTTP though,
since the Outlook Connector also allows you to sync your Contacts. With a
paid subscription even your Calendar.

For POP3 you can configure in your account settings to leave a message on
the server for X days which allows you to download your mail on multiple
machines.

You cannot sync your Contacts for POP3 but you can of course use your HTTP
account for that now. By assigning categories like Personal and Business
and/or applying views you can easily work with mixed contacts.
