Every other day or so when printing out an HTML email message, Outlook omits
the envelope information (From: To: Subject:) as if I'm printing out a draft.
What settings do I need to check/change? Thanks

This is normal behavior for draft messages in Outlook 2003 if Word is the email editor. Either turn that off or print sent messages not drafts.

The messages I'm printing out are not drafts. My comment referred to the
appearance being as if I'm printing out a draft. I'm printing out both Sent
messages and Received messages and every day or so one of them prints out
with the envelope information missing - any ideas?

No ideas, I'm afraid. I can't remember any similar cases.

I am having the same problem. When I print HTML messages in Outlook
2003, the envelope (From, Sent, To and Subject information) do not
print. Opening the message and then printing results in the same thing.
These messages do look like prints made of items before they are sent,
but they are messages in my Inbox (or any other folder) that I have
received from others.

I am using Office XP, with Outlook 2003 installed separately and using
Exchange 2003. The OS is Windows XP SP2, and I have applied all
updates.

It might be worth noting that I'm using IE 7.0 beta 2. Dblitchfm, are
you using IE 7 beta?

Same here - exactly the same issue when trying to print sent htmlitems. It
would appear that received html e-mails are ok.

I too have IE7.

Any ideas??
