Outlook offline error

Dear,
When a user opens Outlook 2003 offline, he receives following message/pop-up :
Distance to the Store too large.
The same happens with an admin account and his Outlook profile. Restore of
Office Suite already performed but it did not help.

Is this account configured to use Cached Exchange Mode?

"Distance to the Store too large."
Did you translate this from another language? It is not an error that
Outlook would give.
 
The Cached Exchange Mode for this account is on.

The message is in English, no translation made. The title of the frame is
"Outlook".

There is apparently no solution for this... We will provide a laptop newly
installed to the user.
