Outlook notes

Outlook notes, as designed, are currently more annoying than useful. They
have no scroll bars, no min/max buttons, & are just plain clumsy.

The notes should really be overhauled & need a drastic improvement.

As basic as a note could be, right? ;-)
An "Always On Top" pinbutton can be nice sometimes as well.

Anyway, to maximize or restore to norml size you can doubleclick on the (by
default) blue Title Bar. This is an (old) Windows feature that works for all
Windows that you are allowed to resize.

You can always use posts (File | New | Post in This Folder) if you want something that looks more like a standard window.

You can't "always" use posts, since they only work in Public Folders with
Exchange Server.

The everyday notes, which are private and are generally synced with PDAs
such as Pocket PCs, ARE in drastic need of improvement.

I can't remember the last time I saw such a primitive window, without even
scroll bars...maybe around 1987?
