We use Exchange Server 2003 on Windows 2003 Server and Outlook 2003. An
email was sent by a user conencted to the company network via a VPN
connection. The email was CCed to a third person. The CC was delivered
to the CCed Outlook however the main recipient was not presented or
flagged or notfied "by icon and pop-up balloon" of the new email until
the following Monday. The original email was sentthe preceeding Firday
morning! The original email was a Fwd so there are no Internet Headers
to look at. Any suggestions as to hwo to investigate this? Outlook
logs indicate that the email was received on that Friday but the user
is positively certain there was no notification on Friday, nothing
until the following Monday when the messaage appeard "unread" in his
Outlook.
Thanks
