Outlook not sending email

I have a computer that is running XP Pro & Office
2003.When I try to send an email using Outlook from

this machine I will> hit send and it appears to be sent.
In the sent folder it shows that the email was sent but
it never arrives at> it's destination. I have tried
sending emails to other> computers on my network and this
works fine. I have no trouble receiving mail but I cannot
send. I am running POP3 account on Road Runner. I have no
problem sending from other machines on my system and they
are all set up the same. Please help.
 
Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file (preferably as an attachment) after you send a message
that isn't received? If the message is put in your sent items, it should
mean that it has been successfully sent to the server, which is then
responsible for delivering it, but the log will show whether that occured.
