Outlook not closing

I found this, Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 834005,
on it & it does highlight one problem (previous use of
office2003) but I can't seem to find the hotfix - any
suggestions without having to pay?
..
 
Just contact Microsoft; you don't pay support costs for hotfixes.
