Outlook no longer working - what do I do?

I downloaded the new Office patch three days ago. Since then, Outlook only
worked once. Now whenever I open the program, a window pops up that says,
"Procedure entry point CreateInfoWindow could not be located in the dynamic
link library MSOERT2.dll." What do I need to do in order to get Outlook to
work again?
 
Which version of Outlook are you using? I'm curious since MSOERT2.DLL is an
Outlook Express (not Outlook) file.
 
My version is Office Outlook 2003 with SP2. I started having this problem
after updating Office with the SP2 package. I have completely uninstalled
Office 2003 and reinstalled it with the update as suggested by my CD
installation. Problem is still there.
