Outlook Newsreader command

Just upgraded to OL 2003 and notice that Outlook Newsreader is no longer
available on the menus.

Help file says it has to be added to the Go menu before first use, so I did
this, but made a mistake and added it to the menu bar instead. This didn't
work, so I dragged it off the menu and tried to add it again, but it wasn't
in the Commands list to add.

It appears that you only get one chance to add the command that Microsoft
have decided to remove!

How can I get this back?
