Outlook needs an option to read follow-up flags on emails in PSTs

When your mailbox fills up, you are forced to move Emails into a PST to free
up space. As soon as you do this, you lose all of the functionality of any
follow-up message flags that are on these Emails. I learned this the hard
way when my message flags started disappearing. Would like to see Outlook
offer the option to read flags in PSTs and display them in addition to flags
in the mailbox.

Try moving things other than emails when your mailbox fills up. Right click
Outlook Today and then Folder Size. See which of your folders need to be
cleared. You may, for example, find that your Calendar, Tasks and Sent
items are the major culprits causing your Mailbox Full message.

You may be correct, but moving calendar and task items off the server will
cause those reminders to become nonoperational. What's the good in that? I
think a better idea would be to move those mail items that are not flagged
and leaved the flagged items on the server.
