Outlook Mutiple messages

when i tick the box to leave messages on the server i keep getting the same
mesages over and over again.
 
Of course. That's what you told Outlook to do. What were you expecting?

That's not supposed to happen. Outlook is supposed to remember which
messages you've seen before and not ask the server to download them.
Creating a new mail profile should fix this problem, but they'll all be
downloaded one more time after you do.
 
Oops. Sorry. I misread his post. I assumed he was accessing from a different
installation since that's why most users choose to leave messages on the
server.
