Outlook Msi

I am currently running office 2003 on my desktop but need to install
outlook 2007. I want to pre-populate the machines with the outlook
2007 code but not with the office 2007 code. I there a standalone msi
for outlook? or is there a tool that would allow me to create one?

You can buy Outlook 2007 without the rest of Office.
