Outlook message is being created multiple times in outbox

I have noticed that when there is a data line disconnection message pending
to being sent is created again and again in the inbox and then, when the
connection is established the same message is sent over and over.

I am using otlook 2003 with windows xp home edition.

How can I stop the multiple mesages from being created over and over?

Please`help!

The biggest cause of this is having an antivirus program scanning outgoing
mail, something that is NEVER needed. If you have an AV program scanning
mail, disable that feature.
