My Outlook hyperlinks are associated Adobe Professional INSTEAD OF IExplorer.
How can I re-associate this function?
Plus, I get an error message saying there is no file association with they
hyperlinks in Error Messages when sending error reports. It claims I need to
create these associations.
Where can I re-associate or create proper associations for these functions?
Thanks.

This is not an Outlook issue but a general misconfiguration in File Type
association which is controlled by Windows;
Control Panel-> Folder Options-> tab File Types

HI Robert,
Thank you. I wondered where they moved the file associations to! However, I
still don't have a clear idea on why I am getting the wrong association. I
cannot find an option on the list that has an Adobe association that I can
change back to IE. Can you tell me, specifially, which extension SHOULD be
linked to the hypertext to IE from Outlook?
Thanks,
Anne

At the top there is one called (NONE) Internet Shortcut
In addition to that you can try Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab
Programs-> button Reset Web Settings...
