Outlook Mail Config and Contact Files

Question 1:

Is there a way to export mail configuration settings which would be used to
restore settings in the event of crash or rebuild? The system is not hooked
up to Exchange server and are pop accounts.

Question 2:

Is there a utility which makes managing distribution lists easier? Due to
regulations by my ISP the max number of recipients per sending is 50 , so I
have to create numerous lists for my clients which max at 50 and making sure
there are no duplicates is getting to be a big problem.

Question 3:

Is there a utility that would allow me to export distribution lists and then
import?

Thanks

A1;
Use the Save My Settings Wizard from the Microsoft Office section in your
Start Menu

A2;
You can also use categories instead of DL. Also instead of sending mails to
a DL you can also use Mail Merge; select your Contacts folder-> Tools-> Mail
Merge or load it from Word.

A3;
They are included when you back-up your pst-file
