Outlook macro or automated junk deletion

Does anyone know of a macro recorder that works in Outlook, like the way it
does in Exel? alteratively, is there a software that I c use to automate
Outlook so that I can highlight a junk mai and it automatically puts the
mail in the junk folder and then deletes it? I am getting too much junk
everyday and it is getting out of control. Really would appreciate the help.
Thanks.

Just use the Delete key. There is no need to put a message in the junk mail folder and then delete it.

My thought was that putting message in the Junk mailbox will make sure that
Outlook will put any future email from the same senders to the junk mailbox
as well. It seems like I was making the wrong assumptions? Please let me
know..'
Thanks.

That's not the way Outlook's junk feature works. Putting a message in the junk folder ... just puts the message in the junk folder.

One more clarification. When I right click on a message in the Inbox, I get
an option "Junk Email" which in turn gives me the option "Add to Junk Senders
List". My understnding was that if I do add an email to the junk senders
list, outlook will block future emails from the same sender. Is that right?

Yes, that's correct, but moving an item item to the junk mail folder does not add a recipient to the blocked senders list.and there is no method for programmatically adding a recipient to the junk senders list.
