Outlook macro language

I need to save a lot of attachements in outlook. It sounds like a job for a
macro, but I have always had the benefit of the macro record feature in other
MS tools. aparently it is disabled in Outlook so now I need a language
reference that will tell me what the Save.All.Attachments equivalent is for
outlook so I write it from scratch. Does anyone know where there is a online
programmers guide for outlook?
