Outlook Lost Email - Please help if you can..

After installing Service Pack 2, several years worth of emails were lost. Is
there any way known to retreive these? Please help if you can.

Use the hidden/system switch in Windows search and search for .pst files.
When found, note the path and open them in Outlook using File->Open->Outlook
Data Files.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
