Currently if you move items/emails from the inbox of the main Outlook
Exchange folder to the inbox of your Personal folder, you still see who it
came from and all integrity stays the same. However, when you move items
from the Exchange Sent folder to the Sent Personal folder, you lose who it
was sent to and it changes everything to be sent to yourself. I.E. in the
Sent Exchange folder it may say sent to "Tom" but when you move it to your
personal sent folder it now says it was sent to your exchange folder and the
only way to see who it was actually sent to is to open the email. Many
people use this moving technique due to limited spaces on many exchange
servers vice a persons computer hard drive and if not moved, it will shut
down your incoming/outgoing emails.
