Outlook locking up trying to open Word as email editor

Everything was working fine until I got email from a specific individual.
Everytime I tried to respond to her emails, Outlook would shut down
automatically while trying to find Word and ask me to send a diagnostic to
Microsoft. This happened about four times, but still I could use Word as the
email editor to reply to other people's email. Things have gotten worse, and
now when I open Outlook it locks up looking for Word. Maybe temporarily I
can turn off 'use Word as email editor' but I like using Word. Any ideas?

Correction! Now it locks up when I try to reply to anyone's email, but it
doesn't lock up when I launch (start) Outlook. Thx.

We started having the same problem this morning on multiply users. So
far removing Word as your e-mail editor fixes the problem
Tools>Options>Mail Format, but I would like to know if any one from
Microsoft know any issues with the lastest Oulook/Word patchs for March?

We found that a "Joke" e-mail was being sent to a group of users, it
appears to have some embeded HTML that locks the system when using Word
as the editor. Delete the e-mail and rebooting appears to fix the
problem.
