Outlook Keeps Crashing on start-up

Hello all hope someone can help,

When i start outlook it tries to load something called Office XP standard,
then crashes.

I get an error code of PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

and

*** stop: 0x00000050, (0xFFFFFF9E, 0x00000000, 0x8054A832, 0x00000000)

Any ideas or suggestions?

Try doing a detect & repair on Office or reinstalling it - you'll probably
need your Office installation media.
