Outlook icon not updated after upgrade

I recently upgraded Office 2000 to Office 2003. All my
desktop icons for the office products were updated to the
Office 2003 icons except for Outlook. The older Outlook
2000 icon is still on my desktop and on the system tray.
Does anyone know how to get the updated icon to appear?

What does the icon look like when you browse to the installation location of
outlook.exe? Do you still see the old icon after you start Outlook from
there directly? If not then recreate your shortcut.
